Our client was looking for a front fence that would stand the test of time, give a good street appeal, but most of all stand out from the rest!
Our client was also looking for somewhere to house their spa pool as well as trying to merge the existing paved/ stoned/ grassed areas seamlessly.
We were able to come up with a design that they loved.
The front fence is a one of a kind and is timber framed with solid plaster over fibre cement sheet.
We also added aluminium louvres to break up the fence and to tie it in with the black garage door / spouting / fascia.
With the spa pool area our work entailed building two hard wood decks recessed into the ground to minimise the height of the deck as per client request.
We also recessed a concrete pad to house the spa. The pad was made lower than the existing pavers to accommodate for stones on top of the pad. This was to match the existing stoned areas.
We were also able to add a wind break into our design to help block out the Christchurch easterly breeze.
